Our company was established in 2004, and serves clients throughout the United States. Commercial Loans R Us is unique to the mortgage business in that all we do is finance commercial real estate.  We do not do business loans or handle residential transactions.  Because of this, our clients receive expert advice and assistance at every stage of the commercial real estate transaction.

Commercial financing is a specialty of it's own, and our clients appreciate being able to save valuable time and money by working with the right team of professionals who know how to get the loan done.  That's where we come in. Our network of financing sources nationwide gives us the flexibility to secure loans for a broad range of clients. We work with banks, conduit lenders, REITs, private investors, hard money lenders, and more to secure a loan that makes sense for the needs of our clients.  We can accomodate most any loan size.

We finance most property types, in most states throughout the country, and can generally secure financing in the range of 60-75% of the property's appraised value -  even as much as 90% to qualified borrowers/property types.
